We currently deliver across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery pincode entered at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days of being shipped, depending on your location. You can track your order's status (Pending → Shipped → Delivered) anytime from My Orders.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. A shipping fee may apply to smaller orders, shown at checkout before you place the order.
All orders are currently placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis — please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent when your order arrives.
If your cart contains items from more than one seller, they will be packed and shipped separately (as individual orders), and may arrive on different days. You'll see each shipment listed separately in My Orders.
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, or high order volumes during sales. We'll do our best to keep your order status updated.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at support@nexora.com with your order ID and we'll look into it right away.
