You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent/guardian, to create an account or place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nexora.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Nexora is a marketplace. Many products are listed and sold by independent sellers, not by Nexora directly. Nexora is not responsible for the quality, accuracy of description, or legality of items listed by sellers, though we require sellers to follow our marketplace policies.
Sellers may display a "Verified" badge after submitting GST details for manual review. This badge indicates our team has reviewed the seller's submitted information; it is not a guarantee of the seller's product quality or an independent government verification.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are currently placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We (or the relevant seller) may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other users' accounts, posting false reviews, or interfering with the website's normal operation.
Nexora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nexora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
